I received it in 15 days at my house (Lima), through urban. The adapter works on windows, requires installing the driver that comes in. When using the 2 pan sizes (vga + hdmi) at the same time the resolution drops to a minimum (800×600) and both pa sizes only work in duplicate. If you connect to usb 2.0 the resolution will also be the minimum, otherwise it supports 1080p 60hz.

However, I had some difficulty to install drivers as on company web site driver button is written in Chinese characters and I had to use google lens translator do find it.
After the drivers were installed in my Ideapad Lenovo the product started to work as I expected, to drive a second monitor.
